Hiring Storefront Associate
Hours: *required*
Mon: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Wed: 9:00am - 4:00pm
Fri: 12:00pm - 5:00pm
Sat: 10:00am - 5:00pm
total : 26hrs/wk
Starting September
Compensation: $18/hr
Tasks:
● Collect, ring-out, and clearly communicate floral orders, including online, phone, and
in-person orders
● Maintain the floral inventory, including: watering, cutting, pruning, and communicating
low inventory levels
● Assist customers in designing and arranging wrapped arrangements, offering
recommendations and substitutions based on customer selections
● Support the completion of all housekeeping tasks including the sweeping, cleaning, and
restocking of floral inventory, washing buckets/vases, and all other assigned tasks
● Assist with wedding/event related tasks when assigned

Preferred Experience:
● Retail, restaurant, or customer service.
● Prior experience working with a POS system.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to lift 30lbs
● Ability to push/pull 50lbs
● This position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling,
crouching and / or crawling.
